Prior to Joining SPS, he has worked with Tata Group, Greaves Group and Essar Group as Director and CFO. He is a financial expert with all-round exposure in aspects of finance, treasury, private equity, M&A, management consultancy, taxation, accounting and auditing. A Chartered Accountant with 3 decades of extensive professional experience. Prior to joining SPS, he was a Partner at M/s Bhawsar & Company, Chartered Accountants. He has a penchant for handling complex Direct and Indirect Tax matters, including search and seizure cases, assessments, and appeal matters. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed various litigation cases, particularly in areas such as taxation, arbitration, SARFAESI, RERA, Companies Act, FEMA, and PMLA. An expert in tax planning and documentation, especially for real estate acquisitions and development, he also has a proven track record of handling and finalizing accounts for various mid and large-sized manufacturing and trading companies having turnover up to Rs. 1,500 crore. He also command expertise in managing large-scale financial operations, tax compliances, strategic planning, and process improvement.

A Senior Chartered Accountant with more than 50 years of experience in audit of the corporate sector and charitable institutions eligible for CSR benefits, with specialization in taxation, particularly the Income Tax Act, Company Law, and the Charitable Trust Act. He has extensive experience in the audit of large public sector corporates such as MMTC (a Navratna company) and public sector banks. He was the Founder Partner of Chartered Accountant firms, namely M/s Mehta and Chaturvedi and M/s Chaturvedi and Chaturvedi. He has experience serving as an Invitee Director in a quoted public limited company and as a Trustee of public charitable trusts and institutions.
