CA Som Saini, Founder

A Chartered Accountant. Worked in various corporates at senior levels and with all-round exposure of 3 decades of professional experience. Prior to founding SPS in 2013, he was CFO of Indian Energy Ltd., a renewable energy company. He had worked with Aditya Birla Group for 11 years in Indo Gulf Fertilisers and Grasim and also worked with ACG Worldwide Group. Has exposure of handling audit, accounting, income tax, GST, corporate advisory, project financing and private equity capital fund raising. Has steered the financial policies and financial reporting and was involved in the establishing joint ventures with leading European machinery manufacturers and implementation of the business wise Strategic Business Units (SBUs) structure. He is also a Founder of BRICS Corporate Advisors Pvt. Ltd., a financial advisory firm.

CA Manoj Pati, Co-founder

A Chartered Accountant with diverse experience spanning 2 decades. Over the years, he has worked with prestigious firms like KPMG, BDO India, Mazars LLP Singapore. He has an extensive experience of practical application of IFRS, Ind AS and GAAPs. He has post qualification experience into Audit and Risk Advisory Practice, Company Law matters, advisory on merger and acquisition, corporate consultancy, etc. He has strong affinity towards industrial domain such as Real Estate, IT, Education, Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical sector, etc. He participates in various technical session (e.g. IFRS, Companies Act, IGAAP and Accounting & Assurance matters) as a faculty member. He has also sound practical experience on implementing Internal Financial Controls of the Company, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and strengthening corporate governance. He was nominated as Sub-Group Member of "Corporate & Allied Laws Committee of WIRC", ICAI for F.Y. 2014-15.
